Approach

I spearheaded the creation, optimization, and management of centralized support materials to ensure clarity and brand alignment across all communications. I also led the design, distribution, and performance analysis of email campaigns, ensuring messages were both visually engaging and data-driven. In parallel, I oversaw continuous website updates and analytics, aligning digital presence with broader business objectives.
