Approach

Promoted from Digital Marketing Coordinator to Campaigns Manager, I took on leadership of a small team responsible for developing and executing multi-channel advertising campaigns. I set the creative direction for digital ads and landing pages, ensuring alignment with each client’s brand identity and business objectives. I managed paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, X, and other platforms, while implementing performance tracking through Google Analytics and data-driven optimization techniques. By overseeing both creative and analytical aspects, I ensured that campaigns were continuously refined for maximum effectiveness.
